Our Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) facilities are presented with managed services scheme including infrastructure provision, as well as staff operator who serve 7 days x 24 hours non-stop to support business operations of all clients
Technology and infrastructure used in both DC and DRC are designed to ensure a high level of availability and continuity of business client operations. Data replication system and application from DC to DRC and vice versa can ensure the data availability and systems in two locations, therefore it is always ready for operations in two locations.
Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) as an alternative operational location to ensure the continuity operation is designed to have the same configuration and capacity as DC. With the same capacity and configuration, it can provide performance equivalent to DC when the operations are carried out in DRC both in the context of testing to meet regulatory requirements and when there is an operational shift to DRC due to a disaster in DC.
